The Pool NYC presents for the 57th Venice Biennale at Palazzo Cesari-Marchesi the exhibition title Vitel Tonné – An Art Recipe Exhibition in Venice, inspired by a Piedmontese cold dish, it’s like a statement, a comparison between Art and Grande Cuisine. Every chef as every artist has its own unique sense of personality, humor, fantasy, intelligence, sensitivity.

The main salon hosts a convivial long table, where the whole art family dines exchanging free opinions despite their different nature and experiencing the Cuisine not just as a survival or Epicurean moment, but as a situation to get together.
